- Current school assignment for a specific address, confirmed with the district rather than pulled from a map that may be a year old
- What the builder’s incentives actually are this week, with the terms attached — they change, so we do not publish figures we cannot stand behind

We are a team of licensed Florida real estate professionals who work this community. This is an independent resource we built because the information about this community was scattered and half of it was wrong. We are not Lennar, not the developer, not the homeowners association and not the golf club, and nothing here is published on their behalf. If your question genuinely belongs to one of them — a warranty claim, an HOA violation, a tee time — tell us and we will give you the right name and number instead of pretending we can handle it.
