Who runs this site
valenciagolfcountryclub.com is an independent community resource operated by a team of licensed Florida real estate professionals providing buyer representation at no cost to the buyer. We built it because buyers researching this community were finding scattered, stale and occasionally wrong information, and because we represent buyers here often enough to know what they actually need to see.
What this site is not
This is not the official website of Valencia Golf & Country Club. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of the community’s developer, its homeowners association, the golf club, or any homebuilder — including Lennar Corporation. Nothing published here is a statement by any of those parties, and none of them has reviewed or approved it. If you need the builder, the association or the club directly, ask us and we will give you the correct name and number rather than answering for them.

Valencia Golf & Country Club, Lennar, Everything’s Included, the individual floor plan names and every other product name, logo and brand referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only — nominative fair use — and their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the owners of those marks.
Prices, plans and availability change
All prices, floor plans, elevations, dimensions, specifications, included features, incentives, promotions, homesite availability and completion dates shown on this site are the builder’s, are set entirely by the builder, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. A home shown as available may be under contract by the time you read the page. An incentive described here may have expired; builder incentives in particular change week to week and carry terms and conditions we cannot reproduce in full.
Always verify current pricing, availability and incentive terms directly with the builder, or with us, before making any decision or writing any offer. We date-stamp figures on this site so you can see how fresh they are — a stamp is a statement about when we checked, not a guarantee that nothing has moved since.
Renderings and photographs
Renderings, illustrations, floor plan diagrams, virtual tours and photographs are representative only. They frequently show optional features, structural options, upgraded finishes, decorator items and landscaping that are not included in the base price, and in some cases they depict a model or a similar home in another community. Do not rely on an image to establish what comes with a house. The purchase agreement and the builder’s written feature list control.
Square footage and measurements
Square footages and dimensions are approximate, are measured according to the builder’s own method, and may differ from the measurements produced by an appraiser, a surveyor or the Collier County Property Appraiser. Room sizes shown on plan diagrams are nominal. If exact square footage matters to your financing or your decision, have it measured independently.
HOA, CDD, taxes and schools
Homeowners association dues, what those dues cover, community rules, capital contributions, CDD or special assessment obligations, millage rates and property tax figures all change, and they vary by phase and by parcel. Nothing here replaces the source documents. Verify HOA figures and restrictions against the community’s governing documents and current budget; verify assessments and taxes against the Collier County Property Appraiser and the county tax record for the specific parcel; verify school assignment with Collier County Public Schools, because zoning boundaries are redrawn and a school that serves an address this year may not serve it next year. School ratings cited on this site come from third parties such as GreatSchools and reflect their methodology, not ours. We will pull any of these records for a specific address on request.
Golf club operations
The golf course, its greens fees, tee time policies, membership categories, dues, discounts and hours of operation are set and administered by the club, not by us and not by the builder. Golf information on this site is provided for orientation and can change at the club’s discretion. Confirm anything that affects your decision with the pro shop directly, or ask us and we will make the call with you.
Not an offer where registration is required
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, real estate to residents of any jurisdiction in which prior registration, filing or other qualification is required and has not been completed. Void where prohibited. This site is informational; contracts are made in writing with the seller.

Found something wrong?
Tell us. This site is maintained by people, and people get things out of date. If a price is stale, a home is no longer available, a link is dead or a figure does not match what the builder or the county is showing you, use the contact form and we will verify it and correct the page. We date-stamp the figures we verify so you can always see when a number was last checked, and a correction from a reader gets a new stamp the same way our own checks do. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong in front of the next buyer.
